The Citadel Resorts is beautifully placed in a valley surrounded by mountains, providing a breathtaking view of the Dhauladhar ranges. The location on a secluded hilltop offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well kept with the basic amenities provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered here is tasty and fills you up for the day.
All was wonderful, no improvements needed.

12 miles from Kangra airport. Comfortable place for city break in Pālampur. There was free parking. It had free WiFi to keep me connected...

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast served was delicious, we had our own kitchen, and there was free Wi-Fi available here, all just a short 15-minute drive from the Chamunda Devi Temple.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning! Situated in a valley surrounded by majestic mountains, it offers a breathtaking view of the Dhauladhar ranges. The peaceful and secluded hilltop setting provides a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were beyond satisfactory.

Amazing View and Excellent Service. the location was superb, and the rooms had beautiful views of the surrounding environment. the staff was attentive and helpful throughout the trip. One of the best things about the hotel was the cultural evening showcasing local music and dance.
Limited Activities and Facilities. Although the views were exceptional, there were limited activities on site.

The panoramic views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with perfect views of the nearby mountains and the valley. We also loved the delicious food offered at the hotel, especially the local Indian dishes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for those seeking a relaxing and peaceful holiday away from the chaos of the city.
The hotel lacked any sort of entertainment or recreational facilities, so we had to create our own fun during our stay. , the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and quite unreliable, which made it difficult to stay in contact with loved ones back home.
